By submitting an application via our recruitment page, the candidate explicitly indicates his or her interest in working with us. The personal data you provide in this context will be used and retained exclusively for the purpose of job search and application.

The data provided as part of the application is transmitted via TLS encryption and stored in a database. This database is operated by Personio GmbH, which distributes an applicant and human resources management software ( https://www.personio.es/legal-notice/ ).
In this context, Personio is our processor in accordance with the provisions of Article 28 of the GDPR. The basis for the processing is the execution of the data processing agreement (DPA) concluded between us, as the data controller, and Personio.
6. Rights of the data subject
Insofar as we, as the responsible body, process personal data, the applicant, as a data subject, is entitled to certain rights set out in Chapter III of the GDPR, depending on the legal basis and the purposes of the processing for which they are intended, namely the right of access (Article 15 of the GDPR), the right of rectification (Article 16 of the GDPR), the right of erasure (Article 17 of the GDPR), the right to restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR), the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR) and the right to object (Article 21 of the GDPR).
