To lead and deliver high-performance mechanical engineering solutions for data center projects, ensuring optimal cooling, energy efficiency, and system reliability. The role supports the architectural vision through the integration of advanced mechanical systems, contributing to the design and execution of mission-critical infrastructure that meets client, regulatory, and operational requirements

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities
- Lead the mechanical design of data centre projects from concept through detailed design and construction support.
- Design and specify HVAC systems, chilled water systems, CRAC/CRAH units, hot/cold aisle containment, and air handling strategies to ensure optimal energy performance and uptime.
- Collaborate with electrical, structural, and architectural teams to integrate mechanical systems into holistic data centre design.
- Perform load calculations, CFD simulations, and thermal analysis to optimize cooling efficiency and airflow management.
- Ensure designs meet client specifications, industry standards (ASHRAE, Uptime Institute, etc.), and local building codes.
- Conduct site inspections and commissioning support to verify installation matches design intent.
- Stay updated on emerging technologies such as liquid cooling, economization, and energy recovery systems.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior engineers and interns.
